Enderle & Moll has become a premier cult Pinot Noir producer in Germany. Their 2019 Pinot Noir Muschelkalk is sourced from 70+ year-old vines planted on solid limestone (Muschelkalk). This is one of the oldest parcels of Pinot Noir in Germany. Planted in 1953/54, the 2019 release of the plot offers a pure red fruit expression of raspberry, wild strawberry, spiced cranberry chutney, and then delicate notes of truffle. It is bright and fresh yet tightly structured with tension and a long, intense finish.
