This blend of 60% Barbera, 30% Garnacha (Grenache) and 10% Carignan is a juicy, youthful, vibrant wine. It has intense flavors of red and black fruits bolstered by a little meatiness and a touch of earth. It is made with wild yeasts and fermented in stainless steel tanks, with no oak involved.
