Ernest Vineyards, established in 2012, has recently broadened its scope to encompass additional labels under the Ernest banner. One such label is Eugenia, dedicated to Rosé wines and various innovative wine ventures. The 2022 Cinsault Rosé is a remarkably refreshing and food-friendly wine, showcasing a vibrant pink-salmon hue in the glass. It exudes fresh aromas and flavors of strawberries, pomegranate seeds, cranberries, and cherries, with subtle undertones of dried herbs. Only 675 cases of the 2022 vintage were produced.
