Fidélitas sources this Sauvignon Blanc from neighboring Klipsun, Artz, and Quintessence Vineyards. The wine is big, bold and refreshing. A touch of oak rounds out notes recalling fresh pear, honeysuckle, grapefruit, grass, and red apple. Winemaker Charlie Hoppes, started his winemaking journey with white wine, and it’s no surprise his white wines are this good 32 years later.
