The fruit that produces this fresh and wonderfully fragrant white wine comes from vineyards that grow on the slopes of Mount Etna, one of the coolest regions in Sicily. The overall gustatory impression is both tangy and rich, with bursts of mineral-rich flavors dominated by suggestions of white peach. Made from Carricante and Catarratto.
