Flametree produced a beautiful Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon in 2011. This is a meaty wine with ripe black plum, blackberry, and cassis fruit. An edge of ripe green flavors adds dimension. Firm structure leads to a long, pleasing finish. This is both a well-made and delicious wine that will keep for a decade.
