The winery’s biggest production Pinot Noir at 300 cases, and a blend of the four clones in the vineyard — 777, 114, 115 and Pommard 05 — and it shows the team’s talent for blending. There are oodles of judicious oak spice here, and it’s needed to balance the vibrant fruit and racy acidity of the palate. Give this a good decant and enjoy its evolution over the course of an evening.
