One of a small handful of varietal bottlings produced domestically, this wine shows that there should be more of them, with its attractive nose of white peach, lemon and lime, joined by a tough of oak spice. The palate delivers on that promise, with bright acidity, a creamy feel and a clean finish that maintains all the elements and adds a peppery note. A great food white — try it with a spicy halibut prep.
