Enticingly complete and complex, with echoes of savory herbs alongside sweet spice in the finish, this is an extremely satisfying red. Full-bodied, it also is finely balanced and quite nuanced, so offers much more than simple power. Its taut tannins and piquant acidity suggest that it should have many years of life ahead of it.
