Rich in both texture and flavor this Petit Verdot pleases the palate with its mixed berry flavors and appealing subtle floral notes. While it is full bodied and flavorful it doe does not overwhelm the palate, making it a satisfying choice for dishes such as dark meat chicken, lamb shanks or shoulder, and hearty pasta dishes.
