Giesen, Marlborough (New Zealand) Pinot Noir 2013

Aug 9, 2016

By Robert Whitley

Shows impressive richness for a pinot from such a cool, even downright cold, climate. With a nose of dried cherries and wood spice, this is an inviting example of top-notch New Zealand pinot noir. Though Giesen’s specialty is sauvignon, it has a deft hand with pinot as well.
