This is a new product for a venerable California house, and it fits in right at the top of the line with the long running Carneros Cuvée. Besides being a savvy decision with the current popularity of rosé, it’s a great addition to a high-quality portfolio. Soft strawberry aromas join vibrant pear and citrus, and a soft scouring acidity props up the palate, delivering the flavors promised by the nose with a bright elegance and a long, integrated finish. A fresh and lively starter well suited to opening tapas. Bon Apertif!
