This engaging, medium weight Pinot Noir offers suggestions of dark cherry, raspberry and wild blackberry flavors all coming together under the auspices of a judicious oak presence. With its balanced acidity, medium body and hints of earthiness this is a pleasing and versatile Pinot Noir. Anderson Valley, where the terrain is fairly steep and craggy, is a couple of hours north of San Francisco on the other side of Sonoma County.
