Napa Valley Sauvignon Blancs – especially those from the lower valley and the eastern mountains – keep getting better and better, and this one from Goosecross also gets better coming back a day after opening. It is very floral with the ultra-green flavors of lime and boxwood but with a more-substantial body and some creaminess that add more heft to the wine in a good way.
