Made from Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (20%), this superb sparkling wine is bound to please any true lover of excellent sparkling wine. Graceful and well structured, with hints of red fruits and seashell minerality, serve it as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to oysters and other delicate seafood. From personal experience I can tell you it also makes a delightful nightcap.
