Beyond France, no place produces more Burgundian-inspired Pinot Noirs than New Zealand. This reasonably priced wine helps prove the point. It’s light in body and supple in texture, with earthy flavors that add nuance to the more primary taste of cherries. Drink it if you value refinement rather than raw muscle in your Pinots.
