This is the rare Golden State Sauvignon Blanc that actually tastes varietally true. Its fruit flavors resemble grapefruit and lemons, and hints of fresh herbs and newly cut grass linger in the background. Why more California producers can’t make Sauvignons that taste like this is beyond me.
