Heath Vineyards is part of Texas’ Grape Creek Vineyards, and it is the part that sources fruit from California. This is spot on Willow Creek, with its big diurnal temperature swings preserving acidity and allowing for phenolic ripeness. Result? This wine, with bold fruit, bright acidity, supple tannins and moderate oak spice all crossing the finish line together. Nice! This red blend contains 49.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33.8% Petit Verdot and 16.7% Merlot.
