Whether you buy this rosé from the Languedoc or the higher-end Provence release from Gregory Hecht and François Bannier, you’ll get a delicious wine and very good value for your money. This is a blend of 40% Syrah, 35% Cinsault, and 25% Grenache, made from organically grown grapes. Fashionably pale in color but well above average in flavor impact, it features classic notes of red cherries and strawberries, with a little tug of tannic grip in the finish that will enable it to stand up to a wide range of foods at the table without overwhelming even the most delicate dishes.
