Made entirely from Syrah, this shows a lot of oak charring on both the nose and the palate, and yet the sheer strength of the fruit manages to prevail in the end. Dark cherry and berry notes show impressive punch without seeming overly ripe or sweet. Pair with grilled lamb. A platinum award winner at Critics Challenge International Wine Competition.
