Iron Horse selected their most fruit-forward Pinot Noir as the centerpiece of their 2019 Rainbow Cuvée. The wine’s zippy acidity is perfect with its tart flavor profile which includes apple, pear, honeysuckle, and baker’s brioche notes. Green Valley’s natural morning fog makes it an excellent place to view rainbows, but Iron Horse takes this label one step further, toasting a diverse community that has supported them for so many years. 2019 is the current vintage but can be aged for 15+ years thanks to Iron Horse’s quality wine making and Rainbow Cuvée’s naturally high acidity.
