This vintage follows the previous two or three in showing the ripe side of Paso Robles Cabernet, with bold blackberry, plum and oak spice, with notes of nut and baker’s chocolate rounding things out. Rare and juicy red meats will be elevated with this as an accompaniment. Contains 9% Petit Verdot and 1% Malbec.
