J Vineyards, Russian River Valley (Sonoma County, California) Pinot Noir 2022 ($47)

Most well-known wineries seem to suffer when they are purchased by a larger company that see them as only another notch in their portfolio. Although there have been changes, J seems to have basically kept the quality at a very good if not great level. This Pinot has nice, rounded but savory dark cherry flavors with a clean and satisfying finish.
