Consumers tell me they avoid Riesling because they don’t know if it will be sweet or dry. It is an understandable concern that mandates knowing the producer’s style or trusting a review. For those of you unfamiliar with Adam’s style, trust me, their riveting 2021 Les Natures cuts like a scalpel without a trace of sweetness. Stoney, mineral-y and clean, it is classic dry Alsace Riesling that’s a great foil for full-flavored foods because of its pleasantly piercing signature.
