Jermann wines have become famous Friulian whites, and none merits the status more than Vintage Tunina. The name Tunina refers to the old owner of the land on which the original vineyard is located. First made commercially in 1975, Vintage Tunina has become an iconic Friulian white wine. It is a field blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Malvasia and Ribolla Gialla. The 2020 Vintage Tunina is rich and ripe with extraordinary breadth, depth and complexity. It offers a luscious bouquet of ripe peach and guava fruits backed by fresh herb, floral and spice hints. The multilayered fruit character is underlain by a rich and creamy texture with the pure fruit and herbal flavors coursing across the palate. There is lots to like about this lively and complex white. It can also age well for five years or more.
