Foundi, a small producer established in 1992, crafts just over 4,000 cases of wine annually. Their 2017 Naoussa Xinomavro showcases a remarkable density of cherry and red currant fruit, complemented by mouth coating, fine-grained tannins, herbs, and spice. With its structure, minerality, and vibrant acidity, it pairs well with roast lamb or aged sheep’s cheese. Approachable now but poised to age beautifully.
