Russian River cool climate acidity is on full display here, and that’s a good thing, especially in the hands of this producer. The cherry cola nose sings with full throated authority, and delivers on that promise with bright palate flavors, adding notes of rhubarb, cinnamon toast, and dry earth mineral notes. The spice tones really push in the finish, making this a great pairing partner for roast fowl or pork tenderloin. Contains clones 115, 667 and 777.
