This Chardonnay will please fans of lively sweet apple and pear fruit. Those two elements drive both aroma and flavor profiles, and bright acidity keeps the flavors pumping. It’s quite sweet, but it works well, with a bit of oak toast coming forward in the finish. It’s more of a summer quaffer than a food friend – horses for courses as they say.
