Laetitia, Arroyo Grande Valley (Monterey County, California) 2015

 This wine varies a bit year to year, with savvy winemaker Dave Hickey allowing vintage variation to dictate where the final sugar level should be.  This vintage is quite dry, letting the tart strawberry and citrus speak clearly and finish brightly.  This is great on its own, but don’t ignore its table potential — try it anywhere you’d serve a still dry rosé or an aromatic white for a new twist.
