Lake County is among the most underrated appellations in the U.S., largely because it is a remote outpost north of the much more famous Napa Valley. That said, vintners know the terroir is capable of producing exceptional red and white wines. This red blend from Lake & Vine is a superb example, offering pretty cherry and cassis aromas, beautiful structure and texture, and a long, spicy finish. A platinum award-winner at the 2018 Critics Challenge International Wine & Spirits Competition.
