From the family’s 4.5 acres, the grapes were picked on August 18th and the wine was entirely stainless steel fermented. The alcohol is a modest 12.5%. Impressive from the get-go with a vibrant bouquet of apple and nectarine and some citrus. Medium-bodied and smooth in texture with flavors that combine melons and spice. The finish is long and leaves a fresh fruit final impression. 159 cases made.
