A beautiful Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon that’s not afraid to showcase its herbal character. There is plenty of varietal fruit character, but the spice and herb profile really sings here, with great acidity and a firm tannic grip that carries through the long finish. There’s a subtle earthy note that comes forward in the finish that adds to the complexity of the package. It’s made from 100% free run juice, and is a great argument in favor of the practice.
