Lawer’s 2014 Betsy’s Syrah is a powerhouse red, showing uber ripe fruit with nuances of blueberry and blackberry, a big dollop of oak vanillin and firm tannins. On the palate the wine is juicy and weighty, with a long, impressive finish. A Platinum award-winner at the 2017 Critics Challenge.
