This white wine from the south of France is appealingly crisp and refreshingly dry. With its delicate herbal and fruit notes it can be enjoyed as a stimulating beverage on its own or as an accompaniment to seafood, especially lobster, crab and other shellfish. It also pairs will with cheese, most notably creamy goat cheese.
