The 2010 Viviano, a domestic Super Tuscan-style red, is a delicious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese that is just beginning to exhibit mature aromas and flavors. Well balanced and beautifully structured, it offers aromas of blackberry and black cherry, a warm wood-spice note, and nicely integrated tannins.
