A more earth driven style than the fruity bright 2021 version of this wine, it satisfies with the depth that a little stemmy character can bring. Notes of pepper and dried herb complement the damp earth, black cherry and currants that make up the aroma and flavor profiles, and they finish long in layered fashion. Give this a good decanting to open it up, or use a large fishbowl glass to decant as you drink. Contains Clones 777, Martini, Hanzell and 943.
