Until recently, Los Vasos sourced Sauvignon Blanc from Casablanca, but with the switch to Colchagua, the result is even more impressive for value. This Los Vascos 2022 also seems to be a far less edgy, better textured Sauvignon than its predecessors. With aromas of citrus, green apple and a touch of flint, it comes across the palate as medium light-bodied with similar flavors of apple and herbs. It continues with a pleasing mouthfeel and balanced impression. It is versatile enough to be enjoyed by the glass or as a companion to light entrees. Hard to beat at the price.
