Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a more structured and serious wine than its stablemate “Trio” blend. Showing very pleasant and varietally-appropriate herbal aromas that one might expect from a cooler climate than Israel’s, this also shows fine freshness and lots of linear energy. Dark berry fruit is accented with subtle notes of cocoa powder and subtle spices.
