Fasten your seatbelts, Zinfandel lovers – it doesn’t get much more “full throttle” than this. If you’ve been reading me for a while, you know that I skew toward lower alcohol Zinfandels that offer complexity and food friendliness. Sometimes, however, a wine crosses my desk that is such a pleasure that normal convention flies out the window and seduction wins the day. That’s what we’ve got here – it’s big, it’s hot, it’s juicy, and it works.
