Here is a Pinot Noir that will take some time to unwind and will definitely reward the patient procurer. It’s all darkness and grip at present, but it is showing all the right promise. A few years in the cellar will loosen the fruit and open the oak spice into a rich, deep expression of a great site. I will make a note to try to revisit this down the road.
