Rather on the light side for Cabernet, but very tasty and very versatile thanks to soft but sufficient structure from acidity and rounded tannins. This shows dark cherry fruit with just a little oak around the edges for framing, and will work nicely for stand-alone sipping or with moderately robust like roast chicken or duck breast.
