Mark Ryan wines are known for their power and this Chardonnay is no exception. I really enjoyed the expressive notes of lemon curd, vanilla yogurt, and bruised apple that indicate skillful winemaking. Bottom line, Mark Ryan should be on your Washington State radar. They put emphasis on making amazing wine with attention to detail at every step; from the vineyard to bottling. This specific wine is ready to drink now, but would also benefit from further aging. Great juice!
