This is a special bottling from Rioja that sits outside the traditional designations of Reserva or Gran Reserva, but hits in that kind of company. Carefully selected and harvested from old vineyards, it delivers fresh raspberry and fall spice aromas that follow through on the palate, riding a bold structure and finishing with great push and intensity. It’s slightly oak-forward now, but promises to mellow into a snazzy old lady. A Platinum Award winner at the 2019 Sommelier Challenge International Wine & Spirits Competition.
