The grapes for this wine are certified organic with a small percentage coming from vineyards very close to the ocean. Corralillo was aged in French oak for 11 months. The color is a brilliant deep ruby and the aromatics show layers of boiled tea and leather that are not as evident in the taste. There’s a bright fruit entry, plenty of black cherry and a little leather, good texture, 14.5% alcohol and a long fruity finish.
