Matua, Marlborough (New Zealand) Pinot Noir 2010

Oct 19, 2011

By Marguerite Thomas

It’s always nice to open a bottle of Pinot that is as satisfying as it is reasonably priced.  Matua’s has fresh, bright fruit flavors and hints of earthiness.  It edges more towards delicate sweetness than austerity, and it finishes with a trace of tannins.
