I always appreciate this style in Pinot Noir – it is light in color, but not at all light on flavor, oozing cool climate acidity and herbaceous character. Aromas and flavors of strawberry pie, pine, dry earth minerality and a little stemmy pepper note are carefully layered, making for a complex wine shows good structure and weight without any heaviness. A fine expression of the Pommard clone.
