It is wines like this that make me wonder how other white varieties ever got as popular as they have when Riesling is available. This offering sings of tart green apple from beginning to end, with notes of lemon and nectarine adding interest. It is just off-dry, but the racy acidity has no trouble managing the sugar left behind. I had this with a turkey sandwich with spicy jack cheese and onions, and I highly recommend the pairing.
