Sometimes there are very interesting wines that court the edge of being too much – in this case, too much alcohol and a touch of volatile acidity. Yet sometimes that edginess is what keeps us intrigued. This one has rich and intense black raspberry flavors that dares us to put down the glass too quickly – or at all. You will either like it a lot or shove the glass away.
