Irrepressibly youthful and charming, everything about this wine grabs out for the taster’s attention. The oak is so big and burly that one can’t wait for it to fade into the background a little. The fruit is sweetly ripe and rich, while raspy tannins enliven the soft, billowy texture. All in all it’s hard not to like this gentle giant.
