A firmly structured Zinfandel that manages a plush midpalate of black cherry, plum and fall spice, supple tannins and a long finish. I’d age this one for a little while, or decant it for a few hours before serving with beef dishes. I’m liking what Oak Farm is doing across the board. A Platinum Award Winner at the 2018 Critics Challenge International Wine & Spirits Competition.
